Pete and Camilla Grimm (Pictured with a vervet in her blouse and a giraffe nearby) helped their daughter Kelcey Grimm found the Wild Terra Foundation in 2001. Wild Terra's goal is to protect and preserve wild animals and habitat. Over the years, hundreds of individual and corporate contributors have contributed generously to these goals through the Lion Foundation. Thousands more have participated more directly by volunteering time, labor and money to work at one or more conservation projects in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana sponsored by Enkosini Eco Experience, which is run by their daughter Kelcey Grimm. A special thanks is due to Oracle for its generous $20,000 donation to build the Education Center at Lapolosa Wilderness, a 25 square mile wildlife sanctuary operated by Kelcey and one of the projects supported by Wild Terra.
